Home Inspections

HomeSafe Inspections provides residential inspections for every type and size of home.  We inspect all the accessible systems in your home, including Crawlspace, Foundation, Siding, Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing, Windows, Doors, Finishes, Flashing, Ventilation, Insulation, Heating and Air Conditioning, and more.   When we finish the inspection, we  go over the findings with you, including a summary of any critical issues.   You will receive a full report within 24 hours of inspection.  The report will detail the main findings of the inspection and provide an overview of the existing conditions of the home as well as outlined recommendations.  Our reports also provide detailed information like serial numbers of equipment and descriptions of areas or elements that may need repair or replacement.


Pre-Listing Inspections

As a seller, getting an inspection before listing your home can allow you to have knowledge of issues and make any needed repairs before costly negotiations begin, while providing a potential buyer with all the information they need to go ahead with the purchase.

Pool and Spa Inspections

Pool/spa inspections are inspected according to InterNACHI Standards for Pool and Spa. The inspection includes an overview of the exterior of the pool, the visible areas of the pool shell/coping, pool equipment including the heater, pump, filter, and electrical components.

Level 2 Chimney Inspections

A level 2 chimney inspection is conducted by running a specialized inspection camera through the interior of the fireplace and chimney to inspect for concealed damage to the flue liner, as well as the inspection of the exterior of the chimney.

Home Winterization Service

Winterization on your vacant home to prevent water freezing in the piping.  Service includes, but is not limited to draining water heater and toilets.  Adding antifreeze to toilets and p-traps to prevent freezing.
